Shipping Policy – VSOVAULT

We want your pieces in your hands—fast. The information below explains exactly how and when we ship, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.


1. Fulfilment & Processing Times

Product Type When Your Order Leaves Our Studio
Premade / Ready-to-Ship Next Business Day for orders placed by 2 PM ET. Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the following business day. All premade orders are guaranteed to leave our studio within the same calendar week they are placed.*
Made-to-Order / Custom 5–7 business days (hand-finished to order).

“Same calendar week” means Monday–Friday Eastern Time. Orders placed Friday after 2 PM ET or over the weekend ship Monday.

Holiday & Peak Volume Notice – During major U.S. holidays or limited-edition drops, processing may extend by 1–2 business days. We’ll keep you posted by email if delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Transit times begin after the order has been fulfilled and leave our studio.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the U.K., the EU, Australia, and New Zealand via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Saver. Transit times range from 3–7 business days, not including customs clearance. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Real-Time Rates – All shipping costs are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free Domestic Shipping – Orders over $150 USD ship free via Standard service within the contiguous United States.


4. Order & Tracking Notifications

You’ll receive two automated emails (and optional SMS) for every purchase:

  1. Order Confirmation – Immediately after checkout.

  2. Shipping Confirmation – When your label is created, including a live tracking link that updates in real time.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or reach out via our contact form.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional postage fees may apply.

  • VSOVAULT is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they leave our facility. However, we’ll always help initiate a trace or submit a claim on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Packages

VSOVAULT is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. 


6. Changes & Cancellations

Because we move quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of order placement. After that window, we may already be packing your order and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.


7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been shipped.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting us via the form on our site within 1 hour of purchase.

  • VSOVAULT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility.
